Hi, I'm Jess

and I’m the person behind the brand.

I studied Fashion Design in Berlin and work with what already exists — vintage fabrics, deadstock and pre-loved garments — turning them into something new.

Instead of replacing what already exists, I like to rethink it. Classic elements, especially from menswear, are reinterpreted into new silhouettes and unexpected pieces.

Every piece is created independently by me, from selecting the materials to the final stitch. I like to keep the differences in texture, colour and history visible — they are what make each piece unique.

My focus is on construction, materials and form, rather than mass production. I work in small quantities or create completely one-of-a-kind pieces, always with the idea of giving existing materials a new life while keeping a clear and considered aesthetic.

Based in Berlin. Made by hand. Made to be different.

Award-Winning Upcycling

One of my projects was created for an upcycling competition by CWS, challenging designers to rethink and transform existing workwear.

My concept turned workwear into a modular fashion system: using zippers, every piece could be taken apart, recombined and transformed into different garments and silhouettes. This created multiple ways of wearing and styling the same pieces — allowing the wearer to constantly create something new.

The concept won the competition and was presented at Frankfurt Fashion Loungh, where I had my own fashion showcase to bring the collection and its different possibilities to life.

The project became an important part of my design philosophy: upcycling is not about making something old look new — it’s about seeing what else it could become.
